Do I Need An Appointment?
It depends. If you were referred to us by a builder or designer, you may need to meet with their specific salesperson. If someone other than you will be invoiced, you will also likely need to meet with a specific salesperson. If you’re not sure who you need to meet with, just give us a call.
Do We Offer Contractor Pricing?
Yes! As an Authorized Builder Distributor for all of our brands, we have access to builder programs and contractor pricing not available at retail stores. *

Do We Offer Installation Services?
Yes! We have a factory-trained, factory-certified team of installers capable of installing every brand we offer. Please visit our Delivery & Installation page for additional information.
Will We Install Products We Didn't Sell?
No. We do not install products we don’t sell.
Do We Offer Financing?
No. We do not offer financing. Depending on the size of the order, we may accept deposits, rather than requiring payment in full.
Do We Sell Parts and/or Offer Service?
No. We do not sell parts or offer service. Our Customer Care team partners with Factory Certified Parts and Service companies to assist our customers.
