About the Sub-Zero, Wolf & Cove Showroom by Roth Living

Who is Roth Living?

All Factory Certified Dealers in Missouri and Southern Illinois—like Authorized Appliance—purchase their Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove from Roth Living. Roth Living is the exclusive wholesale distribution partner for Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove throughout much of the central and mountain-west regions in the United States. Unlike traditional distribution partners who mainly work behind the scenes; Roth Living has regional “official showrooms” that are open to the public.

Why does Sub-Zero, Wolf & Cove Have "Official Showrooms"?

“Official Showrooms” provide another level of service above what is provided by a typical retailer. Unlike Authorized Appliance, most smaller appliance dealers have small showrooms with limited products on display. Similar to Authorized Appliance; “Official Showrooms” have a large number of appliances displayed in a way that matches the quality of the brands. In addition, they also have a world-class demonstration kitchen and their own chefs which allows consumers to test-drive products before they purchase and even attend Use & Care classes after they’re products are installed!

Does Roth Living sell direct to builders and/or consumers?

No. (If they did, we wouldn’t tell you about them!). Roth Living is just one more additional resource for our clients to use in helping them ensure that they’re getting the products that are right for them and then ensuring they get the most out of their products after their installed.

Do I need an appointment?

No. But, like Authorized Appliance, we highly recommended appointments. Similar to Authorized Appliance, a visit to Roth Living may last well over an hour. With that in mind, to ensure you received the highest level of service, we recommend you make an appointment to ensure you’re not waiting around for assistance.

Does my Authorized Appliance salesperson need to be with me?

No. Although, we highly recommend it. To avoid any confusion in communication, it is best if all participants in the shopping experience are working together hand-and-hand. The fewer conversations about “I saw this thing that kind of looked like this…” and “I think it was this one…” the better for everyone involved!

Do I need to visit Authorized Appliance if I visit Roth Living?

Maybe not. But, most likely yes. While Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove are fantastic; they are rarely the only brands in a home. Just a few examples of why you’ll still need to visit Authorized Appliance: washers & dryers, appliances in finishes other than stainless steel, custom ventilation options, and a much wider selection of appliance types and configurations.
